Install the watcher
Run npm install -g lobster-watcher on your local machine. Configure it with your token from the dashboard.

Watcher reads OpenClaw
The watcher polls openclaw status --json and pushes agent state to Lobster House over HTTP.

Watch your lobsters live
Your dashboard updates in real time via SSE — see each agent's status, memory, and recent sessions in a gamified UI.
